Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Linkziy. By creating an account, you agree to them. We try to keep them short and human.
1. The service
Linkziy provides an AI-powered prospecting platform: LinkedIn automation, email outreach, AI personalization, analytics. The full feature list is at /features.
2. Account responsibilities
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for the activity that happens under your account, and for ensuring your use of Linkziy complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services (especially LinkedIn).
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Linkziy to send spam, harass anyone, violate intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use it for any illegal purpose. We will suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. Cancel anytime in your dashboard; no questions asked. Refunds within 14 days of first payment on request.
5. Free trial
The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. At the end of the trial your account converts to a free tier with limited features, or you can upgrade to a paid plan.
6. Data ownership
You own your data: contact lists, sequences, message content. We hold a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. Full details at /privacy.
7. SLA
We target 99.9% uptime for the service. SLA credits are available on Business and Enterprise plans.
8. Liability
Linkziy is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. On termination, your data is exported on request and deleted after 90 days.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes resolved in the courts of Paris, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you different rights.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
