Privacy policy

TL;DR. We collect the minimum data needed to run Linkziy, we store it in the EU, we don't sell it, and you can export or delete it at any time. Full details below.

1. Who we are

Linkziy SAS, registered in Paris, France (SIREN 909 123 456). Our DPO can be reached at support@linkziy.com.

2. What we collect

We collect three types of data:

  • Account data you provide: name, work email, company, password (hashed).
  • Operational data required to run the product: LinkedIn accounts you connect, sending mailboxes, sequence content, message metadata.
  • Usage data: feature usage, performance metrics, error logs. Anonymized for product analytics.

3. Why we collect it

We process your data to (a) provide the service, (b) improve the product, (c) communicate with you about your account, and (d) meet legal obligations. We never sell your data and we don't use it to train shared AI models.

4. Where it's stored

Customer data is stored in EU regions (Frankfurt and Paris) on AWS and OVH infrastructure. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA unless you explicitly opt in (e.g., for support escalations).

5. How long we keep it

Account data: as long as your account is active, plus 90 days. Sequence and message data: 24 months. Logs: 12 months. You can delete your account and data at any time from the dashboard.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, export, restrict, object to processing, and delete your data. Submit any request to support@linkziy.com; we respond within 30 days.

7. Subprocessors

The full list of subprocessors is at /security. We notify customers 30 days before any subprocessor change.
